I'll have a look at it. BTW: my approach is not just for autoconf, but for other buildsystems utilizing pkg-config, too. I'm currently developing an buildsystem with an completely different approach: modelizing the *structure* of the software instead of writing down rules describing the build process. There's nothing like ./configure anymore - the software has to be trimmed down into modules with strict dependencies. My pkg-config wrapper packages will do a great job here. cu -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- Enrico Weigelt == metux IT service phone: +49 36207 519931 www: http://www.metux.de/ fax: +49 36207 519932 email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] cellphone: +49 174 7066481 --------------------------------------------------------------------- -- DSL ab 0 Euro. -- statische IP -- UUCP -- Hosting -- Webshops -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ kaffe mailing list kaffe@kaffe.org http://kaffe.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kaffe
