fix for building with jikes on gentoo

        * libraries/javalib/awt-implementations/kaffe/Makefile.am,
        libraries/javalib/gmp-math/Makefile.am,
        libraries/javalib/zlib-zip/Makefile.am (AM_JAVACFLAGS)
        Use -bootclasspath instead of -classpath.

        Fix for bug #66.
