Derek, thanks for the patch. Some comments:
1. It would be good if we can use the new sbt out of a refresh kafka checkout
without requiring any external download. Can we update both the sbt script and
the sbt-launch jar to include the new sbt?
2. ./sbt package seems to default to scala 2.9.1. Could we default it to 2.8?
Also, the -28 option uses scala 2.8.2. Is it possible to support 2.8.0?
3. ./sbt idea stopped working.
