The aim is to introduce failures during message replication. The test is
configured with a certain set of iterations. In each iteration, it bounces one
server in the cluster. During the set of iterations, run a long-running
producer that keeps sending data while the servers are being bounced. At the
end, verify replica logs are identical and # of messages sent == # of messages
received.
