The November board meeting took place on the 21st. The following directors were present: Rich Bowen Doug Cutting Bertrand Delacretaz Roy T. Fielding Ross Gardler Jim Jagielski Brett Porter Sam Ruby Greg Stein The following officers were present: Chris Mattmann Craig L Russell Shane Curcuru The October minutes were approved. All of the received reports to the board were approved. The following reports were not received and are expected next month: Status report for the Apache Abdera Project Status report for the Apache Shindig Project The following resolutions were passed unaminously: A. Establish the Apache Wookie Project (Scott Wilson, VP) B. Change Chair for Apache Incubator (Benson Margulies, VP) C. Establish the Apache Kafka Project (Jun Rao, VP) D. Establish the Apache Syncope Project (Francesco Chicchiricco, VP) E. Change the Apache River Project Chair (Greg Trasuk, VP) F.
