Selamat pagi Kang Mas Bro,
Gw mau sharing dikit nih,
Semalem sehabis browsing ke Ace Hardware di Metropolitan Mall (bekasi), gw
dapet pengalaman yang bener2 bikin jengkel. Kejadiannya pas gw bayar parkir.
Petugasnya bilang: "tiga ribu Pak!" dalem ati gw mikir, 'perasaan baru 2 jam
kurang gw di marih, koq tarifnye udah 3.000 perak? Padahal tarifnya kan satu
jam pertama 1.000, en jam berikutnya nambah gopek' Trs, bini gw ngeluarin
duwit 5,000 dan dikembaliin 2,000 (itung2annye ngerti kan Pi?). Abis dikasih
kembaliannye, bini gw minta struk pembayarannya, "struknya mas?" petugas
parkirnya diem aje. Disitu gw udah mulai kesel karena gw tau sebenernye die
denger omongan bini gw. Bini gw ngomong lagi "Struknya MAS?" Eh, si
petugasnye malah pura2 bego, "Kenapa Bu?" Langsung aje gw tereak "STRUKNYA
G*BL*G!" Temennya tuh petugas ngomong "Sabar Pak, struknya di print dulu!
Bapak maju aja dulu kasian yang ngantri." Busyet dah! Pas gw liat ke mesin
registernye, numpuk struk nyang kagak dikasiin ke pelanggan. Pas selesai
diprint, baru jelas deh biaya parkir kudunya cuma 1.500 perak. Akhirnya, tu
petugas ngasih struk en sisa kembalian 1.500. Yang bikin gw makin kesel,
kagak ada sedikitpun terlontar permintaan maaf dari mereka. Gw maki2 aje tu
orang, "Eh mas, cari duwit nyang halal jangan suka nipu orang!" Terus gw
tereak ke orang2 di belakang gw, "PAK, NANTI MINTA STRUKNYA PAK! JANGAN MAU
DI TIPU!"
Bukan masalah duwit 1.500 nya yang gw masalahin. Tapi, mentalitas mereka itu
loh! Gw ngerti mungkin gaji mereka minim, tapi apa itu jadi pembenaran bhw
mereka boleh nipu atawa korup? Kalau suatu saat ada kehilangan helm, motor,
mobil, atawa mobil di congkel, tanggung jawab mereka apa? KAGAK ADA BROW!!
So, jangan ragu utk minta struk pembayaran parkir kalo parkir di Secure
Parking. Jangan kasih kesempatan org utk berbuat dosa. Kalo mau ngasih tip,
setelah nerima struknya aja.
