Vice President - Engineering Division (VPED)
Requirements:
· S-1 in any discipline from reputable universities, majoring
in ENGINEERING; MBA is a further advantage
· Male, age minimum 45 & maximum 50 years old
· Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction of mill,
chemical or oil plants
· Having the EXPERIENCE OF (leading a team as a project
director or project manager) BUILDING A PLANT (Mill, Chemical & or
Oil) is a must
· Excellent analytical skills
· Outstanding skills on communication and cross-department functions
· Strong leadership, result oriented and hard working
· Proficiency in English as well as Computer (related
programs) is definite
Others:
· This is a very senior position; successful candidate will be
placed in Jakarta H/O
· Compensation & Benefit package (quasi Director level) will
commensurate with competencies and experience
