As of 2.4.2-ia64-010228 (3 weeks skiing makes for a *huge* l-k backlog)

CONFIG_IA64_AZUSA_HACKS
Dead. Removed by the 2.4.2-ia64-010228 patch.

CONFIG_IA64_SOFTSDV_HACKS
Dead. Not removed by the 2.4.2-ia64-010228 patch, remove at will.

CONFIG_ITANIUM_PTCG
Derived variable. Set in arch/ia64/config.in, no help text is
required, the user cannot manually set this variable. This option
will disappear after we drop support for IA64 A and B[01] steppings.

CONFIG_NET_PROFILE
Not IA64 specific, why was it reported as IA64? "Set" in
   net/Config.in but commented out.

Any IA64 changes need to be copied to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
