I am still working my way through the implicit dependency handling,
basically putting the 'make dep' functionality in the correct place in
the compile cycle. There are no show stoppers, it is just fiddly code.
Once that is working I will release a patch against 2.4.4 which is my
test version, then people can look at the code while I sync up to
2.4.6-prex, add CML2 and autoprobe.
ps. Where is the current autoprobe code?
