I have a very unhappy user who installed a low-encryption version of Internet Explorer. Now he can't use our Web applications. He wants to know if there is a way to upgrade to the full 128-bit version of IE, but I can't find anything about upgrading on the Microsoft site. Any tips? Or will he have to remove/reinstall?
