Kerman wrote "Actionscripting in Flash" published by Sams. It is dense, but well-done. I've started the Flash MX 2004 for RIA. Seems to be good.

I've also started working with "Flash Communication Server" published by Macromedia. Obviously more for the server side. I haven't gotten far enough into the material to judge quality yet.
