Well jesus christ thats neat. No thats the right IP. It hits a firewall and gets router there. So glad that info is out for eveybody.

it's unlikely that your web server is at 192.168.1.1 because that's normally an address of a gateway. I'd suggest going to that web server box and checking http://localhost/ and see if the page pulls up then. if it does, then it's a routing problem and traffic is actually going somewhere else.
