Charmaine, Wap is Wireless Access Protocol (based on HTTP). There is a modeling language for it called WML, which is similar to HTML. So, your request is equivalent to asking "I need to get my hands on a quality HTTP. Anybody have any suggestions?"

Do you know what the developer was looking for? If not, or perhaps he doesn't either, direct him to Ben Forta's book.
