KDevelop 5.4 beta 1 released

KDevelop 5.4 beta 1 is out now, announcement is here:
    https://www.kdevelop.org/news/kdevelop-5380-released

Please give it a try so we can find any major bugs before we release the final 
5.4.0.

If everything found can be sorted out in time, in 2 weeks, Monday, 5th August 
we plan to then tag & ship 5.4.0.
