I bet on bug #341497 + bug #353428
The output is removed, plasmashell resizes to 0,0 - the strutted workspace with
it, KWin shrinks the windows accordingly and Qt happily crashes because of
341497 and kwin doesn't restart as it fails to claim selection because of
353428 (plasmashell may or may not crash because of 341497, but will have less
trouble restarting)
