Settings as they were and are supposed to be

After updating via Yast onlineupdate (Using open Suse 13.2)
A) Dolphin
from: "Version 15.04.0 Unter KDE 4.14.9"
to: "15.08.3
KDE Frameworks 5.16.0
Qt 5.5.1 (built against 5.5.0)
The xcb windowing system"
1) all Dolphin settings are lost
2) the main toolbar is now English only (ought to be German)
3) all (non system) images assigened to be displayed as folder symbols (rather
the paths to them)
B) kwrite
1) toolbar and menues English only
2) in systems settings .txt files not assigned to kwrite any longe, but libre
office instead
C) All .desktop files in the symbols bar (to start applications) disappeared
And that's just what I've noticed the last half hour, after reboot. Basically
existing settings are totally disregardedd an users can spend half a night
rebuilding them ...
Dejavu KDE 3 --> 4 ???
