Build a TagsTree2 file that mimics the existing behaviour of the MySQL Tags table and use that for all tags tree queries. The advantage of a separate table is that it can be rebuilt without destroying or changing main Tags table. This is experimental and it would be good if people can exercise the relevant tags behaviour against their database to ensure that a wide variety of queries have been tested.
