Hmmm... I thought I was, in that I ran 'ninja' and it re-ran cmake and then did
'ninja install' on both kdevplatfrom and kdevelop. However, after taking a
closer look, it doesn't appear everything required to be rebuilt actually was.
I deleted the install directory and the build directories and rebuilt from
scratch. I'm no longer seeing this issue, so I think you're right here. I'll
make this as resolved then. Thanks for pointing out that this wasn't possible
in 5.0.
