Notes widget only shows transparent style even if other style was selected
prior to the upgrade from 5.4. Settings dialogue looks strange too. All sticky
note styles are transparent.
Reproducible: Always
using plasma 5.5.0, Frameworks 5.16 and Qt 5.5.1
