I changed status to resolved. I found out that after changing brush and going
immediately to canvas to re-size then holding Shift and dragging pen a mark is
made AND the Edit Brush Settings box closes. THEN a re-size can be achieved.
SO when selecting a brush the user must first make sure the Edit Brush Settings
box is closed if a re-size is immediately necessary.
