Sorry, libinput doesn't allow us to change any of these properties which is why
they remain disabled in the UI. Reading more on the documentation, it is
possible to set Left Handed mouse option in an xorg.conf file. Also, there is a
new Touchpad KCM being developed which might offer more settings to tweak.
