The system activity manager opens partially off-screen. I have a multi-monitor
setup with 3 screens. The two left and right screens are smaller and centered
off the middle screen. The default screen is the middle screen. The system
activity manager opens partially visible on the left screen. After it is moved
and closed, it does not remember the previous position (and kwin rules to that
affect do not work).
