Scrolling is very important in a file manager i guess.
In my Acer aspire this does not work in the area that files and folders are
shown (in my Kubuntu 15.10).
I can scroll only if i place my mouse pointer in the scrollbar at the right.
With other programs (f.e. nautilus, firefox etc) scroll views work correctly.
PS. I am useing two finders scrolling.
