My primary system language is English. But for the Date/Time format I wish to
have the German settings.
Strangely in the date time format kcm there is only "Germany (nds_DE)"
available in the list box (see screenshot). And when I choose it, my system
language changes to Dutch for most Plasma programs (also see screenshot).
