KWrite crashes after start merely after pressing save button.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start KWrite
2. press Save (or Ctrl+S)
Actual Results:
1) crash (see attachment for drkonqui content)
2) file-dialog, if so then cancel that file-dialog, and "2. press Save (or
Ctrl+S)" again, so you will get result no. 1
the frequency of both results is about 50:50.
Expected Results:
no crash
1) kwrite 15.08.3
2) main encoding utf-8
3) fallback encoding cp1250
