I can confirm this with 15.13-git master when scaling 4k to 1080p
Render of /home/paul/Unbenannt12.mp4 crashed

Warning: data is not aligned! This can lead to a speedloss
And I even get a popup saying
Rendering of /home/paul/Unbenannt12.mp4 aborted, resulting video will probably
be corrupted
