Resizing sticky note widget attached on panel causes issues
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add sticky note widget to the panel
2. Try to resize it
OBSERVED RESULT
Can't resize. Please look at the attached video.
EXPECTED RESULT
Able to resize
