SUMMARY

Download:
kdeconnect-kde-release_24.02-3692-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe

Install, then run KDS Connect shortcut to:

"C:\Program Files\KDE Connect\bin\kdeconnect-app.exe"

The procedure entry point DnsQueryEx could not be located in the dynamic link
library DNSAPI.dll
