how it is displayed in kwrite
I have following bytes in utf-8 document (in Hex) 75 CC 88 (75 = "u", cc 88 =
COMBINING DIAERESIS), should result in "ΓΌ".
But the COMBINING DIAERESIS is displayed in the following char (in this case
hex 68 = "h" ), which is wrong.
