Trying to use the attached .ksnrc file with knewstuff frameworks, clicking the
"Install" button fails to download the content files.
For example, trying to download the 'seven' theme fails. For details about the
returned information for this theme, see https://phabricator.kde.org/T4863
Testing using 'khotnewstuff4' works fine, so there is a regression in the KF5
version of the knewstuff framework.
