When selecting the "Spell Check" settings page then changing page shows a
confirmation alert to keep/cancel modifications, even if nothing modified.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Select "Spell Check" page
3. Select another page
OBSERVED RESULT
A confirmation alert is displayed to confirm/cancel modifications (even nothing
modified)
EXPECTED RESULT
No alert should not be displayed.
