Red dots for controls not highlighted
Some settings page don't highlight modified fields/checkboxes when "Highlighted
Changed Settings" is enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Change some settings from default choices
3. Apply theses settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Only some few fields and checkboxes are highlighted in yellow.
See screenshots.
EXPECTED RESULT
All controls (fields, checkboxes, sliders, etc.) modified should be in yellow
