plugging hdmi tv to laptop causing overscale remaining virtual dektops, which
shouldnt? Also because of that task icons are being reduced
on both wayland and x11
proper way:
1. dont overscale remaining virtual screens which they dont work anyway
2. this will prevent icons reduction
