Hi Andy,
I'm really sorry, but the docker mechanism is implemented by the platform
toolkit we're using, Qt, and we cannot change how that works. We once tried to
implement dockers ourselves, and it was incredibly time-consuming. It is
possible to rearrange the dockers by dragging and dropping, but it's incredibly
fiddly - and we cannot fix that outselves.
