SUMMARY
By default (with completely removed .DOTfiles) the Toolbars are not enabled
while Status toolbar is enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start kdenlive in an fresh desktop environment
2. check toolbars status in Settings / Toolbars Shown
OBSERVED RESULT
Toolbars are not enabled by default.
EXPECTED RESULT
If there is a useful toolbar it (maybe is worth) showing it, explicitly for new
users it could maybe a better starting experience.
