I was attempting to join two clips as described in 'Composite Transitions' in
the help - I was unaware of the 'same-track transitions' (mixes).
I have experimented with the same-track transitions and that does enable me to
merge a video that has two audio tracks. I have also resolved the problem of
getting a video with 2 audio tracks, so my problem has gone away.
