SUMMARY
When using the "Stabilize Clip" feature I wondered on all the options and was
not able to find the link to the offic. documentation of this dialog pointing
me here ->

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a video to project bin
2. open the "Stabilize Clip" menu and check to find a help on different options
OBSERVED RESULT
- no Help button to offic. documentation of dialog
3. Workaround: open a browser and google by my own, but maybe just a quick fix
in the dialog to add the reference as a Help Button somewhere
EXPECTED RESULT
- a direct "Help" button opening the default browser with the link to:
