Is this really breeze gtk theme ?
To me at least it looks more like "something else". Adwaita ?
Also, for libreoffice, you could use the KDE variant (Qt frontend). It has made
a lot of progress, and renders reasonably well with breeze@Qt, unlike what was
the case with oxygen (due to all the oxygen fancyness)
