SUMMARY
I have build skrooge 25.1.0 with kf6/qt6 on OpenSuse (Slowroll) using
kde-builder
(I could not build with pyside6 as the kde build crashes in kcoreaddons, so
before skrooge but since it is optional I left it out)
First of all, skrooge works fine (opening, importing transactions).
OBSERVED RESULT
When I start skrooge it shows a couple of warnings:

##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier edit_expandall
##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier edit_collapseall
##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier
import_categories_liberal
##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier
import_categories_associations
##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier
import_categories_plan comptable
##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier edit_copy
##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier edit_expandall
##WARNING: Another action already registered for identifier edit_collapseall
For each operation that I confirm (rapproché) with CTRL/click I get a warning:
##WARNING: QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified
This may be linked to the following which shows up sometimes:
##WARNING: Failed to play sound with canberra: File or data not found
That is perhaps because I build locally and it is not an official distribution.
The new version is not yet available on Slowroll
