The described dialog with the two buttons
When clicking on Help / Send problem report a small window opens. The window
has two buttons "Start assistant for reporting bugs or improvements" and
"Close". Clicking on the former button just closes the window without launching
the described assistant.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KRDC
2. Click on Help and then "Send problem report"
3. Click on the left button that is supposed to launch the assistant to report
bugs and improvements
OBSERVED RESULT
The window closes, KRDC stays open
EXPECTED RESULT
An assistant of some kind launches
