STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click an image in Dolphin: Choose Encrypt File
2. Right click the encrypted file: Choose View File Decrypted
OBSERVED RESULT
KGpg opens and shows the binary file as _text_.
EXPECTED RESULT
An image viewer shows the decrypted image (in memory).
