SUMMARY
Snap feature not working with Razor tool in Timeline
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Razor tool
2. Make sure Timeline > Snap is checked
3. Make sure Snap magnet icon in bottom right corner is enabled
4. Doesn't work :(
