SUMMARY
"Launch Bug Report Wizard" Button does NOT launch anything.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Dolphin
2. Press Menu Button
3. Select Help --> Report Bug
4. New window will open. Press "Launch Bug Report Wizard"
OBSERVED RESULT
No Activity
EXPECTED RESULT
Web Browser should come to forefront, with bugs.kde.org page open with some
fields pre-populated so user can submit bug report.
