Cannot zoom in using the scroll wheel on my tablet.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using scroll wheel.

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to zoom in.
EXPECTED RESULT
Able to zoom in.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It isn't anything wrong with my tablet, as I had just yesterday used this
function, and it worked fine. I am also able to zoom in on other software too,
so I know it has to be a bug. I am able to zoom out, but not zoom in for some
reason.
