My setup: Laptop with two external monitors arranged this way: Laptop | External1 (primary) | External2 | Panel with App Dashboard | Also tested with git-master with this arrangement: Laptop | External1 (primary) | Panel with App Dashboard 1. Open App Dashboard - observe it appears on the primary display where the panel is 2. Disconnect the primary display and reconnect it 3.
