No progress bar when transferring files with notifications disabled
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Settings>Notifications>Application Progress - Show in notifications
2. Start copying a big file or a folder in Dolphin
3. Observe a progress bar in the notification
4. Disable Settings>Notifications>Application Progress - Show in notifications
5. Start copying a big file or a folder in Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
No copy progress window appears, no notification appears
EXPECTED RESULT
Copy progress window appears with the progress bar
