There are a number of open issues with MTP module for kio-extras that aren't
progressing, in the mean time allow disabling auto mounting of MTP devices so
users can use other tools to handle mounting MTP devices.
kio-extras auto mounting causes the device to be inaccessible to the rest of
the system, and the only workaround is to kill some processes every time before
plugging in a device or uninstall kio-extras for a permanent solution, which is
not ideal.
