Let's say some media is playing and the application that it is playing from is
the ultimate position in the panel, then unpinning another application in the
panel will automatically take the ultimate position with the playback controls
behaviour too
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. unpin some application while a media is playing
2. hover it on the position of the application where the media was playing
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
