We now have the ability to clone a panel since Plasma 6.3
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446654) but what I noticed it that it
doesn't clone the configuration of the Application Launcher, e.g. the pinned
apps. Would be nice to have this too.
