Badly positioned rectangle.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Press and hold on window rectangle in Pager.
2. Drag rectangle outside Pager.
3. Release mouse.
4. Move mouse to Pager. You can see that rectangle is still following mouse
cursor.
5. Click somewhere in Pager.
6. Rectangle stays there.
Rectangle should be snapped to the nearest workspace but that doesn't happen.
